I bought this set for myself after a rough few months, and the Emotional Barometer has been the surprise standout. Checking in with it each morning takes two minutes and has genuinely shifted how I notice stress building up.
Got this as a birthday gift and ended up using the Emotional Barometer almost every morning before work. Pairing it with the Mind & Body book made the whole thing feel less like a novelty set and more like an actual routine.
The Emotional Barometer alone was worth it — I use it every evening to actually name what I'm feeling instead of just stewing. Paired with the Mind & Body book, it's turned my wind-down routine into something I look forward to.
