The Career Workbook actually made me sit down and map out what I want instead of just complaining about my job. I've been using the Writing Journal every morning before work and it's become the part of my day I look forward to.

I bought this set for my sister who's been stuck in a job she dreads, and the How to Think More Effectively book ended up being the one she keeps on her nightstand. The Writing Journal is a nice touch too, she uses it to jot down what she actually wants out of a career instead of just venting.
