I've been reading one of these little books each morning with my coffee, and the section on self-awareness in Essential Ideas 2 genuinely made me stop and think. The four-book set covers love, serenity and knowing yourself without ever getting preachy.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my sister and ended up keeping it for myself. The Love and Serenity volumes are the ones I keep returning to, short enough to read a few pages before bed without losing the thread.

The three-book split into Love, Self-Awareness, and Serenity makes it easy to pick up whichever one fits my mood, and I've already reread the Serenity volume twice. The ideas are short enough to digest in one sitting but dense enough that I keep coming back to them.
