My 7-year-old has always struggled to name what she's feeling, but the playful activities in this collection finally got her talking about it. We've been doing one together after school and her little brother joins in too, which has led to some surprisingly good conversations between them.

My 9-year-old actually asks to use these now, which never happens with anything labeled "educational." The feelings cards helped her name what she's feeling instead of just shutting down, and I've caught her using the same words with her little brother.

Bought this for my 7-year-old who has big feelings and trouble naming them, and the emotion cards have honestly become our bedtime routine. The illustrations are playful without being babyish, so my 10-year-old doesn't roll his eyes at them either.
