The 15 Minute Timer alone has changed how I handle stressful afternoons, and the Stoicism Cards give me something concrete to think about instead of spiraling. I keep the whole set on my coffee table and dip into a different piece whenever I need it.

Bought this for myself after a rough year and the Stoicism Cards alone were worth it, I keep a few on my desk and pull one when I'm spiraling. On Self-Hatred was the hard one to get through but honestly the most useful thing in the box.

My therapist suggested journaling prompts and the Know Yourself deck ended up being exactly that, just in card form. I keep the 15 Minute Timer on my desk for a daily check-in and it's become the one habit I actually stick to.
