I've been working through The Calm Workbook on Sunday mornings and it's the first thing that's actually slowed my head down in ages. The 100 Questions book is great for dinner conversations too, though a few of the prompts get surprisingly heavy.

Bought this as a birthday gift for myself and ended up reading The Calm Workbook cover to cover in one weekend. The 100 Questions book is great for slow mornings with coffee, though I wish the set came with a slipcase to keep them together.

I've been slowly working through the essays on a Sunday morning with coffee, and the prompts in 100 Questions actually got me journaling again. The Calm Workbook is the one I keep coming back to.
