We pulled these out on a rainy Sunday and ended up talking for three hours straight. The questions go deeper than the usual date-night card deck, and I learned things about my wife I'd somehow never asked in nine years.
My partner and I played through the whole deck on a rainy Saturday and ended up talking for three hours about stuff we'd never said out loud. The cards that ask about being understood hit harder than I expected. Didn't realize how much we'd been talking past each other until we weren't.
Some of these cards ask questions I'd never have thought to bring up on my own, and that's exactly why they work. My partner and I ended up talking for two hours on a random Tuesday instead of watching TV.
